What you should pay attention to in 2018. Ban The Box has been adopted to prompt employers to consider an applicant’s qualifications before inquiring about criminal history. Credit Reports for Employment have limited application in many states due to new laws.  Congress has proposed The Legal Workforce Act of 2017 to require mandatory E-Verify use by every employer in the U.S.
